Writing Curriculum
Design and development of course material for undergraduate creative writing courses, both classroom and online – includes Year One and Year Two classroom poetry courses and a Year Two online poetry course for Whitireia Polytechnic, Year Two research and practice and studio project courses, and a Year Three writing in context course for Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology.

Extensive experience in facilitating creative writing workshops, writing and delivering lectures, and tutoring across a wide spectrum of higher education institutions

Supervision and Mentoring
Supervised three third year Massey University students who were researching material for a place-based online anthology of writing about Mt Cook / Puke Ahu (the land on which Massey University stands.)

Supervised two MA poetry students at the International Institute of Modern Letters, Victoria University of Wellington, and an undergraduate student in poetry for Whitireia Polytechnic.

Each year I mentor fiction students for The Creative Hub (Auckland).
